I came to the retreat weighed down and I am leaving feeling so inspired, with a set of tools to help me when I go home. Those tools are so important given what I carry.
The activities we did at this retreat were freeing, cleansing, and nourishing for the body and soul. The unexpected freeing of baggage was hugely helpful. I will continue to use the information and tools provided at this retreat forever.
